How did you make this card? What technique did you use? Are there instructions on your blog? How can I get them?

Hi Desiree – I am sorry, I didn’t make instructions when I did this card but I will put something together. In the meantime, I can tell you that the outer frame was made from a “modified” Clarity Stamp stencil called Bulrushes. The water and sky were done done with sponging the blue inks listed above. Tina Wardell has an excellent video that I learned the technique from (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSIarrwC4tc). Then I stamped the woman dancing from the Stampin Up “Beautiful You” stamp set and colored her in with a basic black marker. to add shimmer to the water I added a Wink of Stella. I will work on the instructions and get them out ASAP. Thank you for the comment – I do appreciate it.
